means HIGH ANTIBACTERIAL COMPONENT and which offers the highest certified safety standard

against bacterial contamination to workers working in HACCP environments. An important outcome,

result of the commitment of the research and development department of Maspica Srl which, by selecting new materials and innovative technologies, has managed to optimize the properties of the upper, sole and insole, creating a shoe capable of avoiding bacterial colonies. The result, obtained from the internal protocol, is ratified by the certificate issued by the Norwegian body DNV, one of the most accredited international bodies, offers a valid solution for the prevention and reduction of contamination risks thanks to its permanent action against colonization and the multiplication of bacteria, mould, fungi and bacteria mostly present in places where food is processed, insidious not just for the health of the worker but also for the consumer for whom the food prepared and packaged in these environments is intended.

  

With a fresh and light design, the Skipper line boasts innovative uppers made with breathable fabrics which, while keeping the foot dry and fresh even after hours of work, offer the necessary resistance and protection thanks to its technologically performing materials.

The bi-density polyurethane sole is first-class: the midsole has a controlled density to guarantee absolute comfort, a compact PU tread characterized by a design with self-cleaning pattern, specifically designed for surfaces where there are liquids.

There are two top models in the Skipper line, Adria and Ala. The latter is part of the Skipper

Lady collection, created from a project developed for female workers which, combining protection and

aesthetics, offers maximum safety and a pleasant fashion content at the same time.

  

If the Skipper line offers pleasant footwear to wear all day long, durable and with excellent anti-slip properties, the Just Grip line offers, on the other hand, highly professional shoes, equally comfortable, soft and developed to guarantee grip at the highest levels.

They feature a sole made from new polyurethane systems and a soft rubber compound with Vibram Coltello tread which, thanks to the sharp-edged pattern and the modulated thicknesses, creates efficient liquid drainage channels and allows the Just Grip to achieve top results in terms of SRC, i.e. slip resistance according to EN ISO 20345 standards.

 

 

But not only. In fact, the Just Grip have also obtained four stars from the HSE, Health and Safety Executive, an English government agency active in the field of scientific research. A recognition of great value if we consider that the SRC is a regulatory requirement for all safety footwear while the HSE is a voluntary test to which Maspica wanted to submit its Just Grip.

The test, performed on a tilting ramp with a smooth bottom through which water and various liquids flow, certified the excellence of the Just Grip, which obtained 4 stars according to the HSE Grip Rating.
